Client Overview
Arizore is building a new form of capital infrastructure designed to bridge verified real-world
assets with institutional finance.
At its core, the model enables traditionally illiquid assets, such as in-ground mineral reserves
and vaulted bullion, to become digitally verifiable. A pooled audited reserve of rigorously
verified real-world assets, combining strict asset-level verification with unified token
exposure, where each token represents proportional access to the total reserve and can be
deployed as collateral in structured finance.
This approach addresses a longstanding market gap: high-value assets exist, but cannot be
efficiently recognised or mobilised within traditional financial systems.
The Challenge
At the outset, Arizore had a clear vision:
To make previously unusable assets usable within financial systems.
However, translating that vision into reality presented significant challenges.
The team needed to:
● Design a transparent, verifiable token structure backed by audited assets
● Build a reserve ledger capable of institutional scrutiny
● Navigate regulatory complexity from day one
● Deliver infrastructure that institutions could trust, not just understand
Beyond the technical challenge, execution risk was a major concern. In emerging
infrastructure projects, delays and delivery gaps are common, particularly when operating in
a heavily regulated environment.
Why Black Tie
Black Tie was introduced through a trusted network connection, but it quickly became clear
that this was more than a referral.
From the first engagement, their team demonstrated:
● A strong portfolio of relevant, high-level projects
● A structured and tested delivery process
● A deep understanding of asset-backed tokenisation infrastructure
This combination gave Arizore confidence that Black Tie could execute on a highly complex
and ambitious vision.
The Black Tie Approach
Rather than approaching the project as a standard build, Black Tie operated with a
consultative, infrastructure-first mindset.
They focused on:
● Structuring technology in line with real-world asset constraints
● Aligning with regulatory and operational realities
● Building systems designed for collateral use cases, not speculation
This approach ensured that the outcome was not just functional, but aligned with institutional
expectations.
The Solution
Black Tie played a critical role in designing and delivering the core technical architecture
behind Arizore.
This included:
● Development of the AZ Reserve ledger layer
● Implementation of token issuance infrastructure (AZG & AZS)
● Structuring of a pooled, asset-backed token model with strict asset-level verification
● Supporting the integration of collateralisation pathways
● Ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory frameworks
Together, these components form the foundation of Arizore’s three-layer architecture,
separating governance, reserves, and token issuance into a clear, auditable system.
Without this infrastructure, the model would not be operational.
Collaboration
Throughout the engagement, Blacktie operated as more than a delivery partner.
They became an embedded part of the build process.
Key strengths included:
● Consistent delivery, often ahead of expected timelines
● Clear, proactive communication across multiple stakeholders
● Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, evolving startup environment
● Willingness to invest time in understanding and refining the vision
Despite the complexity of the model and the evolving nature of the project, Blacktie
maintained momentum and clarity throughout.
The Outcome
The partnership enabled Arizore to move from concept to execution.
Key milestones included:
● Successful launch of the platform with a reserve value of $50,134,688
● Smooth and credible first minting of AZG and AZS tokens
● Establishment of a functioning reserve and tokenisation framework
● Readiness to support real-world collateralisation use cases
This was not a theoretical build, it was a fully operational system delivered on time.
Client Perspective
Strategic Perspective (CMO, Arizore)
“From a marketing and go-to-market perspective, delivering a narrative around complex
infrastructure like this is incredibly challenging. Timelines shift, technical dependencies
evolve, and stakeholder expectations need to be managed carefully. Black Tie consistently
maintained clear, open communication throughout, which gave us the confidence to move
forward with content, PR, and stakeholder engagement at every stage. That level of
reliability is rare in projects of this complexity.”
Operational Perspective (Arizore Ops Team)
“I can confidently say that partnering with Black Tie has been an exceptional experience for
our organization. From the outset, their team demonstrated a clear understanding of our
vision and consistently delivered beyond both our expectations and the original timeline.
What stood out most was their commitment to adding value beyond the scope of what was
initially requested. Rather than simply executing tasks, they approached the engagement
with a consulting mindset, helping refine ideas, shape the direction of the project, and
ultimately bring our vision to life in a way that exceeded what we had initially imagined.
Communication throughout the process has been outstanding. Their team has been highly
responsive, easy to reach, and proactive in keeping momentum on the project. That level of
accessibility and clarity made the collaboration smooth and highly productive.
Black Tie has proven to be far more than a service provider, they have been a strategic
partner in helping us build and realize the next stage of our company.”
As Arizore continues to scale its reserve network and expand globally, Black Tie remains a
core part of the underlying infrastructure.
